Lester Woerner is the Chairman of Woerner Holdings, LP. a company based in West Palm Beach Florida with investments in real estate, agriculture and financial securities. An entrepreneur since the age of 13, he was the youngest person, at age 27, to be appointed by a governor of Alabama to the State Board of Agriculture and Industries. Mr. Woerner was the 2001 American Free Enterprise medalist, an annual award given by Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. In 2010 Mr. Woerner was honored by the Weizmann Institute of Science for his philanthropy. Lester is a resident of Palm Beach, Florida.
Chief Administrative Officer
Kathy Schafer resides in Holt, Michigan. She graduated from Nova University with an accounting degree, and began her career in Agribusiness with Shelton Land and Cattle in South Bay, Florida. Kathy joined Woerner in 1995, and is currently an officer of Woerner Holdings, LP. She currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Woerner Holdings, LP. Kathy has served in various senior management positions in the organization since joining the firm. She has dedicated more than 30 years of her career to leadership in Agribusiness, with extensive experience in operations, acquisitions and business management. Kathy is the proud mother of two sons Jared and Justice.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Christopher J. Gryskiewicz serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Woerner Holdings, LP. Chris was previously a partner in the CPA firm of Templeton & Company, LLP in West Palm Beach from 1991 to 2013 and began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1988. Chris brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, cash flow management, financing, and technology to his role as he works with the leadership team to move Woerner Holdings forward to achieve its growth plans. Chris is a 30 year resident of Palm Beach County where he resides with his wife and five children. Chris is an active member of Beacon Baptist Church in Jupiter Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Vice President Business Development
Trent Woerner is the Vice President of Business Development where his role is to provide corporate strategy for portfolio companies, primarily in the Food & Ag Group. Trent has worked alongside his father Lester since childhood learning all aspects of the organization. Trent studied business management and finance at the University of Alabama and Palm Beach Atlantic University. Trent is also Vice President of Woerner World Ministries and is an active member of Christ Fellowship Church.
Christina, an accounting graduate, has been a Controller of various entities for over 20 years. She became part of the Woerner Holdings family in 2001 and has held various positions within the company. In 2015, after many years of hard work and dedication, she was promoted to Corporate Controller. This position includes supervision and control of all accounting functions for numerous companies under Woerner Holdings, LP. Christina is an avid bowler who is happily married with two beautiful children, Emily and Mason, who keep her very active in the community through sports and volunteering.
